Shipping Policy – Polarflame

At Polarflame, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably across Iceland. This policy explains our shipping process so you know what to expect when shopping with us.


Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Iceland.

Shipping is free on all orders. Prices are displayed in ISK at checkout.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.

Our daily cut-off time is 13:00 (GMT+00:00). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.


Transit Time

Iceland: 2–5 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
(Typically 2–7 business days in total.)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, peak seasons, or courier delays.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Shipping Process

Orders are shipped using reliable Icelandic courier services and national postal partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Parcels may be delivered to your mailbox, a pickup point, or a designated safe location depending on the courier’s policy.


Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Missing items: Please report within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or incorrect products: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, Polarflame cannot be held responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery.
